Digital Experteers is a membership program that provides the systems, training and tools to enable you to become an effective digital marketing consultant. We specialise in providing results driven digital marketing services tailored to SMEs and multi-site/franchised businesses.

We believe that all businesses need to embrace the digital world. Even the smallest business must have a web site, must have a social media presence and must understand search at the very least.

We also believe that there are many marketing professionals who want the freedom to work for themselves who could use their traditional marketing skills and expertise to help businesses embrace digital. All you need to become a Digital Experteer is the latest digital knowledge, the resources to offer state of the art marketing capability services and the confidence to make the plunge.

We believe we can help you to do that.

We are not a franchise business. We will give you the resources to work independently. You wont be tied in to a contract with us or have to give away any of your profits to the group. We believe in transparency and when you meet us, we will talk you through that process honestly and clearly.

Nick Baggott FCIM has had 30 years experience in helping businesses develop effective CRM and digital marketing strategies. This is delivered through training, workshops and consultancy. He is one of CIM’s busiest Digital Marketing Course Directors and runs courses covering social media, digital strategy, content marketing and marketing communications. He also runs a number of courses on segmentation, CRM and data driven marketing. His consulting services cover similar marketing topics.

He has worked in over 50 countries for many of the world’s top brands, including Microsoft, Google, Avon, Vodafone, Carlsberg, GSK and BP and has spoken at marketing events and conferences in Europe, Asia and America. His approach is client led and bespoke. He uses the experiences gained from working with these clients to punctuate his training and consulting workshops with relevant stories and examples to bring the theory to life. All training includes case studies from the client’s industry and a practical exercise that uses a real life challenge that the client has in their own business. He strives to be approachable, flexible and open to client suggestions.

Previously, Nick was Client Service Director and Founder of Chemistry Communications Group PLC, which was one of the UK’s largest independent agencies, having grown the company from a start up with 4 employees to over 100 people. He left the agency when it was sold to Publicis Group and set up Navigate Consulting Ltd, his own consulting and training business, which has been trading successfully since 2007.

Paul Haworth LLB has spent over 30 years as an entrepreneurial, results-driven businessman working across B2C, B2B, FMCG, facilities, hospitality, food & beverage, SME and global corporate sectors in addition to international experience and exposure in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

He has a background that combines blue chip corporate experience gained at PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble together with the “ how to get there from a start-up situation” having successfully built two companies.

CEO: built a restaurant chain to 41 locations nationally and set platform for continued profitable growth (85 stores currently).

MD: built a facilities management company from scratch, becoming a leading industry player with over 2,500+ employees. Clients included Hilton, Premier Inn, Travelodge, Wagamama, Odeon and H&M.

Marketing Director: responsible for business development, strategic planning & marketing at Pepsi Cola International’s most profitable division. PepsiCo is one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies with iconic brands such as Pepsi, Quaker, Gatorade, Tropicana, Frito Lay and Walkers Crisps.

Brand Manager: responsible for strategic marketing & brand development as a Brand Manager at Procter and Gamble. P&G is a leading global FMCG conglomerate with iconic brands such as Gillette, Braun, Ariel, Pampers, Fairy Liquid, Flash, Crest, Oral B and Head & Shoulders.
